FTGN AND EBNA ROYAL CONSULT ORGANISES ADVOCACY TRAINING FOR MEMBERS OF FAIR TRADE GHANA NETWORK

An Advocacy training workshop organized by Fair Trade Ghana Network in partnership with the EBNA Royal Consult was conducted from 25th – 27th September 2023 in the conference hall of Bethel Height Hotel, Madina, Accra. The aim of this training was to empower the staff and selected members of the Network with the right knowledge and skills on advocacy.

Twenty-two (22) participants from five (5) Cocoa Cooperatives, three fruits and Nuts and one Art and craft sector were in attendance. Participants were taken through the concept of advocacy, the need for advocacy, the concept enabling environment, how to advocate effectively, tips for dialogue among others. There were also practical sessions for selected participants to put to practice what was learnt.
